Inspire is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Strategist to bolster its recruitment efforts. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top talent across various departments.

Job Description:

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to drive business growth. This includes identifying high-potential candidates through diverse channels, nurturing relationships with them, and ensuring seamless onboarding processes.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

This role requires exceptional communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a deep understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS). Experience with Boolean search and social media recruiting is also a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of contacts within the industry, including professionals and organizations.
  • Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to inform recruitment decisions and optimize sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop targeted job descriptions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of applications, maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill roles and meeting or exceeding hiring targets.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing, employer branding, and employee value proposition.
