Job Description

At our organization, we're committed to developing cutting-edge software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive Microsoft Security Specialist to lead the implementation, management, and optimization of Microsoft security solutions.


We're looking for someone with expertise in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft 365 security features, including Microsoft Purview, Priva, Defender Suite, and Data Loss Prevention policies. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating M365 security solutions with on-premises Active Directory and hybrid environments, as well as Azure AD, Azure Security Center, and Sentinel.


Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Microsoft 365 security features: Microsoft Purview (Information Protection, Insider Risk Management, Compliance Manager), Microsoft Priva (Privacy Risk Management, Subject Rights Requests), Microsoft Defender Suite (Defender for Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, Cloud Apps), and Data Loss Prevention policies across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Integrate M365 security solutions: On-premises Active Directory and hybrid environments, Azure AD, Azure Security Center, and Sentinel.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents: Microsoft 365 Defender and Microsoft Sentinel.
  • Develop and maintain security baselines, compliance policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with IT and compliance teams: Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and gap analysis: M365 security posture.
  • Automate security operations: PowerShell, Logic Apps, and Microsoft Graph API.
  • Provide training and documentation: Internal teams and end-users.
