About Our Ideal Candidate

As a skilled QA tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our Claim Center system.

  • Strong knowledge of STLC and SDLC principles is essential for this role.
  • Proven experience in Agile projects and processes will help you to effectively demonstrate user stories to the Scrum Master.
  • At least 5 years of testing experience in Claim Center, including Implementation, Stabilization, and Maintenance phases.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convert business scenarios into test cases are must-haves for this position.
  • Knowledge of System Integration, System and End-to-End testing is also highly desirable.

We are looking for someone who can efficiently estimate testing effort for user stories, identify and document defects, and has good exposure to Test and Project Management tools like Azure DevOps.

ISTQB certification is an added advantage, but not required. Associate Analyst Certification is necessary, however.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strong knowledge of STLC and SDLC.
