Web Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Web Development Manager to lead and mentor our team of web developers. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PHP frameworks, particularly Laravel and CodeIgniter, as well as strong project management skills (PMP certified preferred).

This role will be responsible for overseeing full-cycle web development projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with business goals.

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a cross-functional team of web developers and project managers.
  • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP frameworks and WordPress.
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution — from requirement gathering to delivery — ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess:

  • A minimum 7 years of experience in web development with a strong focus on PHP and WordPress.
  • Proven experience in leading web development teams and managing complex projects.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in one or more PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress (custom themes, plugins, multisite, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
