Visual Design Specialist

About the Role:
  • Conceptualize and create engaging visual content across multiple formats (social media, websites, campaigns, branding).
  • Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Translate brand guidelines into consistent, premium, and innovative visual outputs.
Requirements:
  • 1.5–3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Mastery of video editing with After Effects, image editing with Illustrator & Photoshop.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital-first design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator etc), Figma, and other design tools.
  • Fundamental knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience with motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
