Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Security Architect/Information Security Lead to join our BCR Software Development group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our security efforts and ensuring the integrity of our software products.

Main Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor a group of R&D Security Champions, taking ownership of their meetings and activities.
* Provide security insights and feedback to R&D at a highly technical level during code reviews.
* Lead R&D teams during threat modeling exercises and security risk analyses during design/development phases.
* Challenge R&D teams and system architects about integrating technical security controls.
* Design and document technical security controls across different product lines.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or information security, with at least 5 years of experience in information security management. You should also have experience with agile development processes, ISO 27001 frameworks, and risk assessment/treatment methodologies. Additionally, you should be familiar with third-party auditing and risk assessment methodologies, as well as security attack pathologies.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

* Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and best practices.
* Proven experience with leading and guiding stakeholders through threat modeling using STRIDE or other frameworks.
* Excellent knowledge of the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) and its application during technical vulnerability assessment.
* Experience with managing 3rd party vulnerabilities through analysis of Software Bill of Materials (SBOM).
* Ability to explain security concepts and security processes to technical stakeholders.
* Broad technical knowledge, from embedded devices to containerized deployments of services, from backend to frontend.
* Familiarity with OWASP project (Top 10, ASVS, SAMM, ...).
* Coding skills: C, C++, JavaScript (Rust & Go a bonus).
