Data Analyst Position

We are seeking an accomplished Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data-driven organization, you will be responsible for extracting insights from complex data sets, identifying trends, and making informed decisions.

  • Analyze large data sets to identify patterns and relationships.
  • Maintain the integrity of automated reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and implement controlled experiments to assess opportunities across business channels.
  • Identify high-performing customer segments to inform targeted marketing strategies.
  • Design and implement interactive reporting dashboards for informed decision-making.
  • Evaluate trends for performance and opportunities, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish standardized instrumentation and reporting protocols.
  • Create intuitive dashboards and reports to communicate key findings.
  • Ensure data quality and provide guidance to upstream data providers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3 years of experience with Tableau, preferably certified.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Postgres, RedShift, and Excel modeling, data mining, and scenario analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
