We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM and TOSCA Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, leveraging your expertise in CRM configuration, customization, and implementation.
Experience : 6 to 10 Years
As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM and TOSCA Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating with the development team to ensure a seamless understanding of business requirements and resolving any queries related to project needs. You will also be tasked with documenting business requirements, reviewing them with both business and technology teams, and obtaining customer acceptance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the development team to provide better understanding of the business users' needs.
- Document the business requirements review them with the business and technology teams and obtain customer acceptance for the same.
- Work with business users to develop acceptance criteria for the test cases and test scenarios.
- Must have SSRS reporting services experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of some or all areas within Customer Engagement including Field Services and Project Service Automation.
- Basic knowledge of the Power Platform Power Apps Flow Power BI and.
- Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model.
- MS CRM configuration knowledge.
- Application integrations knowledge with MS CRM.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant.
- Minimum 2 years experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM.
- Familiarity with Strong on MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules.
- Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365.
- Ability to work with business users to develop acceptance criteria for the test cases and test scenarios.
