Role Description

The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our organization's overall goals.

This involves creating, curating, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing creative and trendy social media ideas that resonate with our target audience.

Additionally, the individual will need to brief, review, and approve assets from the audio, video, design, and post-production teams to ensure seamless execution of the strategy.

Effective communication with the design and audio team is crucial in adapting content to suit different social media channels. This includes providing clear instructions on content adaptation and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

As a key member of our online community management team, the selected candidate will cultivate and maintain a strong, positive presence in online communities. This involves monitoring sentiment, gathering feedback, and reporting on trends to inform future strategies.

Performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and growth will be tracked regularly, with the incumbent providing regular performance reports to stakeholders.
