Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high availability web systems on Windows and Linux platforms.
  • Foster ITIL Best Practices and Standards within the organization.
  • Implement data backup and Disaster Recovery Plans.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of networking concepts, including VNET, Subnet, private link, and VNET peering.
  • Collaborate with teams to work on Networking, certificates, OAuth, AzureAD, ASE, ASP, AKS, Azure Apps, Load Balancers, Application Gateway, Firewall, Load balancer, API Management, SQL Server, and databases on Azure.
  • Utilize industry-standard tools, such as DataDog or New Relic or Log Analytics or Azure Monitor or Application Insights, to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement routine Service Requests, with a focus on automating tasks where possible.
  • Analyze Windows, Network, and Infrastructure trends to ensure scalability in preparation for rapid growth.
  • Create scripts for configuration and infrastructure deployment using Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
  • Design and deploy CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Octopus, Ansible, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
  • Develop infrastructure as code scripts using Terraform, ARM Templates, Cloud Formation, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging and existing Cloud Technologies, with a focus on Azure and AWS.
  • Analyze Application logs, IIS logs, System logs, and security logs using event views and log manager.
  • Ensure all activities follow secure practices, including SSL, Certificates, Key Vault, and Secret Variables/Arguments.
  • AWS knowledge is required.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator
  • Demonstrated ability to support and build high availability Windows/Linux servers, with emphasis on the WISA stack (Windows/IIS/SQL)
  • 3+ years of experience working with cloud technologies, including Azure and AWS
  • 1+ years of experience working with container technology, including Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience working within Scrum, Kanban, or Lean methodologies
  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
