Implementing SAP PP QM Modules

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP QM Consultant to implement and support SAP PP QM modules with latest S/4 HANA versions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement SAP PP QM modules with latest S/4 HANA versions 2023
  • Analyze complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, map business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to meet business requirements
  • Design, customize, configure, and test of PP, QM, provide timely resolution of incidents and delivery of service requests, drive change requests and emergency changes, document functional designs, test cases, and results
  • Identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements, provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team, provide ad-hoc training and user support as required

Requirements

  • Expert in PP, QM master data objects
  • Hands-on experience in MRP -MTO & MTS , Production order management and Process order management, Batch management, Quality Management, Incoming inspection, In process Inspection, Delivery inspection, Quality certificate, Quality notifications
  • Hands-on experience with RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms), good understanding of BADI, BAPI, BDC, IDOCS etc.
  • Excellent integration understanding of PP/QM with all supply chain/logistic modules viz; MM, SD, CO,WM,PM . Knowledge of working on FIORI Apps (Analytical, Transaction, Fact sheet)
  • Able to prepare test strategy, execution including quick defect fixes for smooth execution of SIT/UAT waves. Prepare & conduct Key user Trainings and manuals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, well acquainted with Implementation/Transformation/conversion process methodologies including SAP Activate methodology, Agile ways of working
