Project Lead

Job Description:
A seasoned professional with expertise in leading application development projects, leveraging cloud-based technologies to drive business success and growth. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to spearhead the effort in designing, building, and configuring applications. This key role involves collaborating and managing a team to deliver high-quality results, making informed decisions for the team, engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions, providing solutions to problems within their immediate team and across multiple teams, and mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Collaborate and manage a team to perform
  • Make informed decisions for the team
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems within their immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies
  • Experience with application development and integration in cloud environments
  • Experience in AWS Connect implementation integrated with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice for critical support
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and delivery
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in cloud settings
Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
