Job Title: Creative Visual Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and be eager to expand their skills into eLearning development.

About the Role:

As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for designing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for eLearning courses, presentations, and other digital media. You will work closely with instructional designers to ensure that visuals align with learning goals and collaborate with the team to develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for eLearning courses, presentations, and other digital media.
  • Support the visual development of training modules by providing assets (icons, templates, characters, etc.).
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure that visuals align with learning goals.
  • Learn and contribute to the development of interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and polished design work.
  • Basic understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Willingness to learn Articulate Storyline 360 and other eLearning authoring tools.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
