Lead Game Design and Animation Educator Position

We are seeking a qualified professional to lead and manage the development of Bachelor of Design (Game Design & Animation) curriculum at a reputable university.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will bring strong academic and professional expertise in game development, animation, and interactive media, with demonstrated proficiency in both visual storytelling and technical skills including programming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curate and oversee curriculum delivery, planning, and quality assurance for the B.Des. Game Design & Animation program.
  • Create and teach core courses in game design, animation, and interactive programming.
  • Mentor students in game development projects and industry-linked internships.
  • Integrate programming modules (game logic, interactivity, AI) into course content.
  • Forge collaborations with industry and support faculty development.
  • Organize game jams, showcases, and co-curricular industry events.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Game Design, Animation, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant academic or industry experience.
  • Strong portfolio of game/interactive projects and/or published work.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
