Job Overview

About the position: This role combines technical expertise with customer management skills, requiring close interaction with customers to understand requirements and propose solutions. The Professional Services Architect is responsible for system implementation, designing and building pipelines and providing product demos.

A key aspect of this position is sharing and communicating ideas clearly, both orally and in writing, to executive staff, business sponsors, and technical resources.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and configure the environment according to documented configuration requirements

2. Work closely with customers to capture their needs and provide necessary architectural guidance

3. Develop, test and deliver integrations that meet customer requirements for highly scalable and repeatable outcomes

4. Deploy software to customers' non-production and production environments

5. Demonstrate all use cases to customers/users

6. Perform unit and functional testing of new features and configurations

7. Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues

8. Develop scripts and tools that enhance team efficiency, implementation quality and consistency

9. Create knowledge-based articles and documentation for partner and SnapLogic team members

10. Identify potential business and technical issues throughout the project and work with the project manager to find solutions

11. Ensure successful delivery of projects by working closely with customers and team members

12. Deliver product training as needed, either in-person or online, and contribute to training material enhancements based on new features released on the platform
