Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in building complex software systems that power mission-critical business workflows.

This role demands strong technical acumen, a product mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Frontend Development: Build responsive, cross-browser compatible UIs using React.js / Angular / Vue.js. Translate design wireframes into high-quality code. Optimize frontend performance and accessibility.
  • Backend Development: Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js / Java / Python / .NET Core. Implement business logic, data models, and authentication workflows. Ensure scalability, fault tolerance, and security of backend systems.
  • Database Management: Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases ( MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB ). Write optimized queries and manage data migrations.
  • DevOps & Deployment: Set up CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI. Deploy applications on AWS / Azure / GCP. Monitor performance and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Collaboration & Agile Delivery: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives. Document technical decisions and maintain clean codebase.
Key Requirements:
  • 4-8 years of experience in full stack development
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Hands-on experience with React.js / Angular / Vue.js
  • Backend expertise in Node.js / Java / Python / .NET Core
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets
  • Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development
  • Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Exposure to serverless frameworks (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)
  • Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and other security protocols
