Seeking a seasoned collections professional to join our team of experts in managing and resolving outstanding accounts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls for collections in accordance with client and company policies
  • Follow up with customers on overdue accounts in a professional and persuasive manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments
  • Meet defined productivity and quality benchmarks
  • Provide timely updates and escalate issues where necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO voice process (preferably in collections or customer service)
  • Strong command of spoken English with a neutral or US/UK accent
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets in a dynamic work environment
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
