Academic Coach

We are seeking a dedicated educator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our coaching classes. You will work closely with parents and students to create a supportive learning environment, handle new admission enquiries, and ensure seamless branch operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and teachers to provide continuous support and guidance.
- Manage branch operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with senior team members to meet business objectives and monitor performance.
- Maintain adherence to company policies and educational standards.
- Monitor branch performance and implement proactive improvements when needed.
- Bachelor's degree in science or education (or related field) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing teams, sales, marketing, and customer support (educational experience is an added advantage).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
