Landscape Design Project Lead

You'll guide aesthetic and technical development of assigned projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and collaborating with architects, urban planners, and other professionals. Direct junior team members in the design of assigned projects, maintaining expert understanding of landscape drawing production techniques and BoMs.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Project timeliness and budget adherence
  • Percentage completion of projects based on project delivery and batches
  • Number of projects requiring significant design revisions post initial submission
  • Achieving annual billing targets based on quarterly design delivery schedules
  • Quality: instances of design flaws or failures identified during or after project
  • Innovation and energy efficiency: number of innovative technologies and sustainable practices implemented in design

Requirements

  • Master's degree in landscape architecture from reputable institutes
  • 5+ years of experience in landscape design or architecture
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects
