We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Support Specialist to join our team in Japan. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in the Japanese language, and experience in IT support operations.

About the Role:

  • The Bilingual Support Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to customers in Japan, with a strong focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • They will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the support process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide timely and accurate support to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that their queries are resolved promptly and professionally.

  2. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, leveraging ITIL knowledge and expertise.

  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including incident reports and resolution documents.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in help desk and L1 support operations.
  • Proficiency in the Japanese language at N2 level (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and technologies.
