Job Title: Taxation Management Executive

Description:
A global business taxation team is seeking an experienced professional to manage tax advisory engagements, deliver tax opinions, and handle client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tax advisory engagements with minimal supervision
  • Deliver tax opinions, short notes, and email responses on day-to-day clients' tax matters
  • Handle tax compliances such as filing of tax returns, withholding tax statements, advance tax, and other tax filings
  • Manage tax assessment and litigation proceedings before tax authorities
  • Train and develop junior staff members
  • Deliver tax technology assets through licensing and internal managed services

Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in direct taxation
  • Strong technical knowledge of taxation laws and regulations
  • Analytical skills and conceptual clarity
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Time and cost management skills

Location: Delhi, India. Frequent travel to client locations is required.
