Job Description:
As a seasoned Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and deployment of BI data model products. Your expertise in Power BI will enable consistent, reliable, and automated delivery of data internally and to our partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Be the subject matter expert (SME) for Power BI, championing its use across the organization
• Develop and deploy new data products and CR enhancements collaboratively with various teams
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance tuning
• Automate key reporting processes
• Publish user adoption metrics on a periodic basis

Requirements:
• 8-10 years of proven experience in business intelligence reporting
• Expert-level experience in Power BI data visualization toolset as a developer, architecting data models, administration, and SME
• Strong SQL skills for data interrogation and transformation
• Robust understanding of relational data and ability to manipulate fact data along multiple dimensions
• Strong communication and written/oral skills
• Current with new tools
• Desired Skills: familiarity with Azure Data Bricks, Azure Data Factory, and software to promote ongoing innovation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and work independently
• Experience managing projects within an agile environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or relevant degree
