Seeking a seasoned expert to lead the development of treasury solutions for corporates. Talasha aims to hire an experienced professional to drive the growth of its AI-powered treasury platform, offering innovative solutions for managing cost of money and transactions.

About the Role
  • Develop business relationships with MSMEs and MNCs, expanding the client base through strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze corporate exposure to currency/rates markets and provide tailored advice on managing this risk using the treasury AI platform.
  • Create city-level strategies to enhance the treasury footprint, leveraging operational expertise in forex, treasury, and corporate borrowings.
  • Train and mentor the sales team to expand into new networks of corporates and MSMEs that can partner with the platform.
Requirements
  • Up to 5 years of experience in banking with subject matter expertise in treasury, forex, commercial borrowings, and/or trade.
  • Strong business development and account management skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • A robust network of corporates and MSMEs in Mumbai, with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
