Job Title: Home Based Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate early childhood educator to join our team as a home-based educator. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is committed to providing high-quality education and care to young children in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering 30-45 minute individual sessions to young children using our screen-free activity plans.
  • They will need to customize pacing and content for each child, provide concise progress feedback to parents, and maintain attendance, session notes, and basic reports through our mobile app.
  • The educator will also be required to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professional conduct while in clients' homes.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct individual sessions with young children using our screen-free activity plans.
  2. Customize pacing and content for each child, providing tailored learning experiences.
  3. Maintain accurate records of attendance, session notes, and progress feedback through our mobile app.
  4. Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all sessions.
  5. Collaborate with our academic team to improve teaching approaches and share valuable insights.
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 6 months of teaching experience in a preschool, daycare, or early-years setup.
  • Fluent English language skills, with proficiency in Hindi or Marathi.
  • Ability to travel across Western Line (Churchgate to Borivali) and/or Central Line (CST to Thane/Navi Mumbai).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Impeccable professional etiquette while in private homes.
