Job Title: Project Planner and Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced Project Planner and Scheduler to join our team in India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed on time.

  • Develop and Maintain Project Schedules: Utilize appropriate software tools to develop and maintain accurate project schedules.
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders: Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines.
  • Identify and Mitigate Delays: Analyze potential delays and propose effective mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
  • Prepare Progress Reports: Develop and present regular progress reports to management and clients.
  • Project Performance Analysis: Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
  • Support Project Team: Collaborate with the project team to plan and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or project management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
