About the Role:
Our team is seeking a seasoned Legal Executive to oversee contracts, ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and safeguard our organization's legal interests across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts with clients, vendors, and partners
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and building codes
- Identify and resolve risks or disputes effectively
- Protect intellectual property, including designs and trademarks
- Provide expert legal advice to internal teams and support decision-making
- Liaise with external counsel for specialized matters
- Maintain organized legal records and develop standardized policies
- Prepare and send legal notices when required
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of contract law, company law, and IP laws
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Qualifications & Experience:
- LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably with exposure to regulatory compliance, labor laws, and commercial contracts
