Job Description:

As a seasoned Program Manager, you will oversee the delivery of software engineering projects and programs. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and internal business teams to ensure alignment of priorities, visibility of project execution, and achievement of targeted outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing program statuses, financial forecasts, risk tracking, team member communications, and ensuring compliance with established processes.

You will report to the Manager, Program Management, and adhere to a hybrid working schedule in Pune, India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage program strategies and plans
  • Define and manage scope, goals, and roadmaps for software programs
  • Collaborate with engineering and product leadership on program-level planning and prioritization
  • Facilitate cross-team understanding, visibility, and transparency throughout the program lifecycle
  • Coordinate efforts across multiple software development teams and technical team members
  • Milestone planning and progress tracking
  • Monitor and report on project and program progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field required
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management in software engineering or related technical field
  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or equivalent
