Estimation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced quantification of complex structures and integrated systems.
  • Develop trade-specific preambles, quantify preliminaries and general items.
  • Review cost plan quantities, audit team measurements for accuracy.
  • Apply suitable assumptions when project information is incomplete.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Create cost plans at various design stages including concept, schematic, and design development phases.
  • Analyze unit rates, adjust prices for BOQ items, support value engineering initiatives.
  • Cultivate market quotations, assist with tender estimates and cost reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in CAD, Cost-X, and other quantification/estimation software tools.
  • Strong MS Excel and Word skills with ability to learn customized software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior interpersonal and presentation abilities.
