Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team and lead impactful projects in the life sciences industry.

  • Project Execution: Leverage your expertise to deliver custom primary market research studies, addressing key biopharma questions across the product life cycle.
  • Ownership and Initiative: Demonstrate proactive leadership, exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional results.
  • Strategic Insight Delivery: Translate complex data into actionable insights through structured analysis and problem-solving, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Craft Clear Presentations: Develop compelling, data-driven stories that integrate advanced visualizations and cutting-edge delivery methods.
  • Client Collaboration: Approach each interaction with curiosity and strategic thinking, clarifying questions and addressing challenges.
  • Teamwork and Mentorship: Collaborate across functions, project teams, and geographies, mentoring junior team members and driving high-impact deliverables.

Required Skills:

  • Background: 5+ years of experience in primary market research, analytics, and/or consulting, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or a quantitative field.
  • Technical Ability: Proven ability to deliver data-driven insights, with advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work Ethic: Adaptability, high standards for accuracy and quality, and a strong work ethic.
