About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Network Support Expert with strong technical skills in network infrastructure management and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting our network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect against threats and attacks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to network infrastructure.
• Manage network backups and disaster recovery plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Any certification or equivalent networking certification.
• 3+ years of experience in network administration or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of the OSI Model and its practical applications.
• Proficiency in DHCP, TCP/IP, TCP/UDP, routing, VLANs, IP addressing, and switching.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Aruba switches.
• Familiarity with Fortinet Firewalls is a plus.
• BASIC understanding of network security concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Salary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
