Technical Leader for Power Electronics in EV and Hybrid Applications

We are seeking a visionary leader with advanced technical expertise in power electronics to drive innovation and execution in next-generation clean mobility solutions.

This role combines strategic leadership with deep technical knowledge to lead the development of cutting-edge EV components, including Inverters, DC-DC converters, Onboard Chargers (OBCs), and Battery Management Systems (BMS).

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design and development of advanced EV components, ensuring performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards such as ISO 26262, AEC-Q100, ASPICE.
  • Drive innovation in power electronics, focusing on SiC/GaN technologies, high-efficiency systems, and next-gen mobility platforms.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of Motor Controllers, Chargers, and Powertrain Electronics, ensuring seamless product transition from prototype to mass production.
  • Align product development with emerging trends in EV and green tech, leading technology scouting and partnerships to integrate innovative solutions and future-proof products.

Requirements:

  • Deep technical expertise in power electronics, including Inverters, DC-DC converters, OBCs, and BMS.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to represent the organization in technical discussions, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Ability to develop internal capabilities to support organizational growth and technical excellence.
