Job Title

We are building a next-gen marketing company that leverages data and artificial intelligence to help brands grow profitably. Our mission is to use technology to drive e-commerce growth.

As an AI Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for generating high-performing ad creatives using AI tools. You will deploy these assets directly into advertising platforms and monitor their performance in real-time.

Your primary focus will be on creating visually appealing and engaging ad content, including images, videos, and copy. You will also be responsible for adapting visuals for product detail pages and creating email, WhatsApp, and SMS creatives for retention and repeat engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Generate ad creatives (static, video, copy) using AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, and ChatGPT.
  • Deploy ad creatives directly in Meta/Google Ads Manager.
  • Adapt visuals and proof blocks for product detail pages.
  • Create email, WhatsApp, and SMS creatives for retention and repeat engagement.
  • Experiment with Instagram/TikTok-style content and user-generated content-style creatives.
  • Write hooks, ad copy, subject lines, and other marketing materials.
  • Monitor CTR, CVR, ROAS, and engagement rates.
Requirements
  • 0–3 years of experience in creative/design/marketing/content roles or a strong portfolio of AI-generated work.
  • Proven ability to use AI-first tools to create high-quality ad assets.
  • Copywriting skills, including the ability to write engaging hooks and ad copy.
  • Basic knowledge of metrics, including CTR, CVR, ROAS, and engagement rates.
  • Fast learner and scrappy operator who prefers shipping multiple variations over perfecting one.
  • Obsessed with performance and willing to prioritize results over aesthetics.
  • Experience working in fast-paced start-up environments.
