About the Role:

At R1 RCM, we are seeking an experienced Senior Product Design Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the design operations function, driving strategic initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design operations strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Collaborate with product design leads and senior product designers to drive business strategy and product lifecycle stage.
  • Lead design-led projects, ensure alignment with business strategy, and drive design perspective in business development activities.
  • Develop and implement effective retention and engagement strategies to ensure teams are healthy, highly motivated, and enjoy peak morale.
  • Advocate a strong point of view to continually raise the bar on quality across the product overall, influencing how other functions apply rigor to deployed experiences.
  • Identify and facilitate opportunities for Product Design Leads and Senior Product Designers to influence business and executive leaders.
  • Drive a culture of excellence, customer success, and improved patient care.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in design operations, project management, or a related role within a product design environment.
  • Proven experience in design operations, project management, or a related role within a product design environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Design, Design Management, Product Management, or a related field.
