Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Front-End Developer to lead our team of developers and deliver high-quality results. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust front-end solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your expertise in React Native Development, State Management, Testing and Quality Assurance, Version Control and Collaboration, UI Development, Native Module Integration, Performance Optimization, DevOps and Deployment, Analytics and Notifications, and Code Quality and Security will enable you to drive project success and ensure timely delivery.

We require candidates with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, who can work effectively in a hybrid team environment. Your ability to provide inputs on best practices of solution design and UI/UX, conduct product demos and user trainings, and maintain a positive attitude and momentum in challenging situations will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement robust front-end solutions using React Native Development principles.
  • Leverage your expertise in State Management, Testing and Quality Assurance, and Version Control and Collaboration to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize app performance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of retail POS journeys and leverage this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on front-end technologies.
  • Expertise in React Native Development, State Management, and Testing and Quality Assurance.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Redux-Saga.
  • Experience with Git, Azure Repos, and Jira, with a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
