Lead Collector

Collections play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of any business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting all dues from customers in a timely manner.

• Follow up with customers to ensure prompt payment of invoices.
• Liaise with hotel teams to resolve issues and disputes raised by customers.
• Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to obtain balance confirmations annually.
• Review outstanding ledgers and incoming payments periodically to minimize Accounts Receivable outstanding balances.
• Compile group billing and ensure accurate accounting for collections and clearing of receipts.

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, enabling effective interaction with team members and their offices.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the accounts receivables department of a hotel or similar establishment.
