Job Role:

We seek an accomplished contract management professional to join our organization. This senior position requires a deep understanding of FinTech business, regulatory frameworks, and data privacy laws.

• You will have at least 8 years of experience in Contract Management, Product Advisory, and Governance as in-house counsel or external/law firm counsel.
• Your background should include FinTech business, Companies Act, RBI (PAPG and KYC) & FEMA regulations, Data Privacy Laws, and Contract Management related work in Digital Payments, BBPS, and financial services space.
• You will have expertise in developing processes for efficient Legal operations, particularly Contract Management, including optimizing contracting process, TAT expectations, stamping, e-sign, repository access, etc.
• Strong drafting, communication, and influence building skills with past records of leading teams are essential.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Familiarity with legislative and regulatory changes, improving contract versions/templates, particularly IT and Data Protection laws, Contract Act, RBI PAPG and BBPS guidelines.
• Experience driving high-stake contracts including negotiations and contract finalization, working under constraints/pressure, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Drafting, review, and advisory experience in Documentation and Policy making work related to Digital Payments.
