ServiceNow Technical Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect to design, lead and deliver scalable solutions across ITOM, HRSD and ITAM modules.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, stakeholder engagement and the ability to drive end-to-end ServiceNow implementations. Key responsibilities include leading architecture, design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, defining best practices and collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture, design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITOM, HRSD and ITAM.
  • Define and enforce best practices, coding standards and architectural guidelines.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
  • Design and optimize CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management (ITOM).
  • Implement HR Service Delivery processes, workflows and employee experience portals.
  • Architect and oversee IT Asset Management (Hardware & Software) lifecycle solutions.
  • Lead integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub etc.
  • Provide technical leadership to developers and ensure solution scalability.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in ServiceNow.
  • Proven expertise as a ServiceNow Technical Architect in large-scale implementations.
  • Strong hands-on experience in ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt.), HRSD and ITAM.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer).
  • Deep understanding of ITIL processes and alignment with ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Experience in system integrations and enterprise architecture.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
