Lead AI Developer

We are seeking a talented individual to lead the development of high-impact AI projects, combining both statistical theory and modern AI techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning models for predictive and generative AI applications.
  • Apply advanced statistical methods to improve model robustness and interpretability.
  • Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering, and ensemble techniques.
  • Analyze large-scale data to identify patterns, biases, and opportunities for AI-driven automation.
  • Work closely with engineers to validate, train, and deploy the models.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and developments in AI and machine learning to ensure innovative and cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: PhD or master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science.
  • Experience:
  1. 4+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning, with expertise in algorithm development and optimization.
  2. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Power BI).
  3. Experience in developing mathematical models for business applications, preferably in finance, trading, image-based AI, biomedical modeling, or recommender systems industries.
  4. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
