- Collaborate with the Student Advising Team to optimize calling strategies and refine scripts.
- 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
