As a Senior Solutions Engineer or Solutions Architect, you will work closely with customers and prospects to help them leverage the data platform across various cloud environments.

You will partner with customers and partners, become a trusted advisor, and help them realize their data aspirations and improve their time-to-value.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Strong client-facing technical pre-sales and solutions architecture skills, both pre and post-sales.
  • Experience leading and delivering customer projects, ensuring successful deployments, integrations, and configurations to meet customer expectations.
  • Ability to collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives, data management challenges, and specific requirements.
  • Technical expertise in providing guidance, support, and best practices to customers to achieve their data management and analytics goals.
  • Expertise in providing technical guidance to clients, covering dashboarding, API interfaces, data ingestion and transformation, using the company and other 3rd party tools, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and performance optimization.

Required technical experiences include:

  • At least 5+ years' experience in cloud computing.
  • Excellent experience with CDN Solutions, e.g. Akamai, AWS CloudFront, Google Cloud CDN.
  • Excellent familiarity with Linux, Kubernetes, and Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Proficiency in query language, e.g. SQL, Elastic, with the ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and work with large datasets.
  • Solid understanding of data management concepts, including data ingestion, transformation, and storage in distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Grafana (or other visualization tools, e.g. Kibana, Redash, Superset), including dashboard design, templating, and working with various data sources.
  • Understanding of Data Pipelines, e.g. ETL, LogStash, FluentD, Data enrichment.
