Job Summary

The Executive Housekeeper is a strategic business leader responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations of a hotel. This role ensures that housekeeping meets the brand's standards, targets customer needs, and maximizes financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement departmental strategies to deliver products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Partner with other departments to create the hotel's annual business strategy and ensure alignment with departmental goals.
  • Ensure adherence to Tata Code of Conduct and IHCL values.
  • Identify risks and develop HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to address individual capability gaps and ensure self and direct report managers attend appropriate core training classes.
  • Participate in the certification of team members in key skills and create a culture of recognition through the STARS Program.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in hotel operations and housekeeping management.
  • Knowledge of Tata Code of Conduct and IHCL values.
