Restaurant Service Associate Position

This role requires a highly skilled and dedicated individual to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Interaction: Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements, present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, serve food and beverages promptly, and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Maintain awareness of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special offerings. Upsell food and beverage items by making recommendations based on guest preferences, ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and collaborate with kitchen staff for timely order preparation.
  • Operational Support: Assist in daily operations, including inventory management, maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and storage spaces, handle cash transactions, and operate the point-of-sale system as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery, participate in team meetings and training sessions, and support special events, banquets, and other service-related activities.
Requirements:
  • Hotel Management Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in restaurant service of 2-3 years in a high-end establishment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
