Visual Design Specialist

As a Visual Design Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting impactful designs that effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop visually compelling visuals, from digital and print media to branding and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality 2D vector illustrations for visual storytelling and design solutions.
  • Create innovative concepts, mood boards, and storyboards for branding, marketing, and website design projects.
  • Work collaboratively with web developers to create engaging website designs and user experiences.
  • Ensure UI/UX consistency across digital platforms by integrating design best practices and guidelines.
  • Present and explain creative concepts visually and through presentations, ensuring clear communication of design ideas.
  • Develop branding materials, social media assets, infographics, and marketing collateral, showcasing your expertise in visual communication.
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends, industry standards, and competitor strategies through continuous research and professional development.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in visual design, illustration, editing, and visual communication.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, etc.), as well as tools like Canva.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing work in vector design, branding, UI/UX, and marketing materials.
  • Experience with moodboard creation and creative storytelling.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D modeling.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, or WordPress for web design collaboration.
  • Prior work in a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
