Visual Effects Artist - Photorealism

As a Senior Visual Effects Artist, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of large-scale projects. Your expertise in photorealistic rendering will be instrumental in delivering top-quality visuals that meet the highest standards of technical precision and creative direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain materials, shaders, textures, and environments to achieve photorealistic results.
  • Define and implement look development standards across large-scale environments, ensuring optimized asset workflows.
  • Collaborate with FX, animation, and other teams to maintain consistency and quality across productions.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize scenes for performance in offline and real-time rendering pipelines.
  • E nsure the highest level of detail and artistic quality, aligning with the project's creative vision.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance lookdev pipelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6–7 years of professional experience in look development, shading, set building, and rendering.
  • Expertise in V-Ray, Octane, Cinema 4D, and Unreal Engine 5+, with a strong understanding of path tracing and optimization.
  • A strong eye for composition, color theory, and aesthetics, with proven ability to achieve photoreal output.
  • Proficient in DCC tools such as Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, Maya, and Substance.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced production environment.

A strong education background from a reputable arts & design university is required.
