Job Overview

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining personnel files and processing documentation.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and liaising with potential candidates.
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure all employee records are up-to-date and accurately managed.
  • Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Assist in implementing company HR policies and ensuring compliance across the organization.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, participating in activities that promote company culture and employee engagement.
  • Address employee inquiries and refer complex issues to senior HR staff, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Manage and organize HR events, meetings, and activities to foster employee interaction and team building.
