**Digital Creative Specialist**We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Creative Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visually stunning digital content that drives audience engagement and brand growth.This full-time role combines expert social media design with website management, making it ideal for someone who thrives at creating engaging visual content that resonates with our target audience.
  1. Create compelling social media posts, stories, reels, and campaigns across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter).
  2. Design high-quality digital and print assets using Canva.
  3. Develop and maintain visual content calendars that align with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
  4. Manage and update company websites built on Wix, ensuring content is fresh, accurate, and optimized for conversions.
  5. Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams to maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
  6. Create high-converting email campaign templates and digital marketing assets.
  7. Optimize website for usability, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
  8. Analyze social media performance metrics and refine design strategies based on engagement data.
Requirements
  • Canva Expert: Advanced proficiency in creating professional designs.
  • Wix Platform Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing Wix websites.
  • Social Media Design Specialist: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating platform-optimized content that drives engagement.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, platform specifications, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to create content that aligns with brand voice while maximizing reach and engagement.
  • Solid understanding of brand consistency, visual storytelling, and audience psychology.
