Research Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to support our team by conducting market research, data analysis, and reporting.

About the Job:

This role offers hands-on experience in gathering insights to help make data-driven business decisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from various sources, including databases, surveys, and industry reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to inform consultant teams.
  • Analyze large datasets and present findings through clear and concise reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
  • Assist in benchmarking and comparative analysis for client projects, ensuring accurate and relevant information is provided.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies relevant to clients, identifying areas of opportunity and risk.
  • Develop research objectives that align with client needs, working closely with consultants to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, updating research databases and best practices as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or experienced professional in Business, Economics, Marketing, BBA, MBA, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Able to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
