Technical Lead

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and integration of Python-based applications with large language models (LLMs). Ensure seamless interactions with leading LLM providers.
  • Design and implement efficient LLM pipelines, incorporating advanced techniques like prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
  • Develop scalable microservices and APIs for AI-driven features, ensuring high-performance delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with MLOps teams to deploy and monitor AI models in production environments.
  • Focus on optimizing performance, reducing costs, and maintaining top-notch security in LLM workflows.
  • Provide expert guidance on Python best practices, code reviews, and technical problem-solving to team members.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI/LLM advancements and suggest strategic adoption opportunities.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI, Flask) with a solid grasp of AI-related libraries and frameworks.
  • Significant experience with LLM integration, including OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
  • Deep understanding of retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, including vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, and Milvus.
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering and evaluation techniques, as well as knowledge of model fine-tuning and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, and Langfuse, with successful deployments on major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong foundation in REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
