At the heart of our business lies the Exhibition Space Manager, a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the retail experience centre with utmost efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain rigorous adherence to retail standard operating procedures (SOP) to guarantee seamless operations.
  • Ensure timely execution of stock and sample audits within the exhibition space, upholding transparency and accountability.
  • Maintain pristine housekeeping and hygiene standards throughout the exhibition area, reflecting positively on our brand image.
  • Promote visually appealing merchandising standards in the exhibition space, capturing visitors' attention and fostering engagement.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and complaints, demonstrating exceptional service skills.
  • Provide regular, accurate reports to the retail operations team on a daily basis, facilitating informed decision-making.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Oversee maintenance of all operational checklists within the exhibition centre, ensuring consistent processes and efficient workflows.
  • Support sales teams by contributing to order closure, enhancing revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through guided showroom tours, showcasing our products and services effectively.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail store management or similar roles.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a store manager in retail, with a strong understanding of store operations and SOP management.
  • Furniture and Home Decor industry experience is highly preferred, providing valuable insight into market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Sheets/Forms is required, enabling effective communication and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Store Operations and SOP Management, with a proven track record of implementing efficient processes and improving productivity.
