4flow, a global leader in supply chain management, is seeking a highly skilled Lead BackEnd Engineer to drive the technical direction of backend systems and lead engineering initiatives.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable microservices and robust API designs. Your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and API design will be instrumental in shaping the technical strategy of our backend systems.

  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot
  • Architect and implement microservices and robust API designs that meet business requirements
  • Guide team members in adopting best practices in backend development and system architecture
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives
  • Drive initiatives in CI/CD, performance optimization, and system reliability
  • Mentor engineers and lead code reviews to uphold engineering excellence
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in backend development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API design, and microservices
